69

No, get your mind out of the gutter! That was our high for today. It. Was. Gorgeous.

I told myself I was going to go to Lowe's and only get a few plants to plant in our back flowerbed for a very small garden.

But then I got there and saw these cool foxgloves (the tall lavender, white things) and then I saw these cool dahlias- and a couple of other things that I thought were cool too:) Ezra thinks eating dirt and rocks is cool too.

Then these random little boys came over to our house and ruined our gorgeous day. They picked on Taylor and told her if she didn't let them jump on the trampoline they would put bubbles in her eyes. I don't know where these kids came from, but I asked where their parents were and they said, "my daddy's at work" or "my mom doesn't care where I am." Stay home with your children. You think they're being cared for and watched by someone responsible, I'm sure. But, no, I'm watching your little darlings- run through my yard, harass my kids, and disturbing the peace. And guess what? Your little darlings- ain't so darling.
No makeup today- blagh- feeling fat and ugly and ready to throw it in- but look how cute Ezra is.

A million crusts go down the drain...

After a million crusts have gone down the disposal we finally had a breakthrough. Tates ate her crust! Yes, I realize it was slimy white slice, which is very easy crust to get down, but...she ate her crust! I'm feeding Ezra just the crusts now so maybe he'll eat the crusts when he gets a whole sandwich :)

Sibs

I was finally able to speak in sacrament meeting today- what a load off! I opened with a story about my sister. When we were little we used to play in the woods outside our house. One time, while imagining ourselves as circus performers, my sister accidentally poked me in the eye with a stick. She gave me this tiny little cut on my eyelid. That tiny little cut gushed blood. My poor mother. We were always doing this or that in the woods. I miss my sister and my brothers. Man, those were some groovy shorts I was styling- you're all jealous :) oh and while we're on the subject of enviable fashion here's another...

Taylor Documents

I slept in a little too long this morning after Percy woke me up at 6 with his squeaking stomach and incessant scratching. Taylor documented what they did while I slept. This is the short of it. There was a 13 minute video on the camera - just of the cartoon she was watching.

Tater's team won their game this Friday. She got a hit and she made a couple of good stops. But, if I have to hear "keep your eye on the ball," one more time. If you're swinging a bat trying to hit a ball don't you instinctively look at the ball? And really, how much do you think it's going to help a little girl swinging the bat like it's a bug net trying to catch fireflies? I'm going to count next game how many times it's said and I will report back.

Don't judge me...

Because you know your pan cupboard looks like this! And if it doesn't... HELP ME PLEASE. How in the heck are you supposed to organize your pan cupboard with these shelf things? I was rummaging around in there forever 3 times over trying to find the exact dang lid I needed. Jeebs bent down and found it in 2 seconds. I hate that cupboard.

Buggy was tired of waiting for his breakfast

Taylor had the cutest outfits

and that was the cutest haircut she ever had.

Cagey's were pretty cute too. That sweater and hat had a raccoon on them.

This was before I gave up fighting her over her clothes :)
