Jillian's extreme shed and shred is a long tough workout. I've gotten to where I can do level 1 or level 2 fairly easily. But, doing the whole one hour and 20 min is tough! I did it on Friday and Saturday I was aching. My legs were sore, my abs were sore and I was worn out at 8:30 in the morning. It was nice to be sore again though- I feel like it actually does something. Sooo my challenge is to start doing the whole thing at least 2 times a week to start. That means I have to be up by at least 7:30 or 7. I might die.
And- cagey tried making chocolate milk from scratch like I make- he forgot the water and the sugar. Yummy!
