Things I've learned since Jeebs left me...

1. I am not a fully functioning adult. Having to get my kids to appointments while juggling all my other kids causes me so much stress and anxiety...much like everything else in my life.

2. Instagram is so much easier and this blog may die because my kids and their messes, socks and endless questions are all consuming. Which is fine, just drowning a little bit every day.

3. I am a full on hOT mess. I can't go to the store by myself without some little adventurous heart attack moment. I've lost my keys, locked my 2 youngest in the car- thankfully Mookie DOES know how to unlock the door from the inside- and and and ... at least everybody makes it back alive.

4. The dog does NOT listen to me. I have lost him about 3 times now. He only comes when called by Jeebs (in his scary lunatic yelling voice). The first couple of weeks Jeebs was gone were the hardest...our doors were blowing open right and left and he would slip out unbeknownst to me. I would have to load everybody in the car and drive around the stinkin' neighborhood until the little turd popped his head out somewhere.

Jeebs come back!!!! I don't care that we now have job security, benefits, bonuses and a little more money- my 13 yr old brain needs the adult back. I've got to pull it together!!

Slacking but for good reasons

Halloween was soooo lame. If my kids would just get on board with my ideas for their costumes it would be awesome. I had plans to dress up, but theeeeeennn the tshirt transfers didn't work out well. So we ditched that idea. Then we decided to Jeebs would be a werewolf and I'd be a woods woman? If that's a thing. Well, Jeebs was too tired to get his face painted and so I threw on a blue wig and Jeebs' warm shirt, painted my byu fans' faces with one hand while nursing and let mookie run out the door in a ripped up princess dress and dinner on her face. Ezra was a character for the new Star Wars-Ezra Bridger- and without his light saber he looked like a caution cone. Which actually would have been really cute if we had committed to that. Sooooo here's to hoping for next year!!

Poor Tank took a header off someone's stairs while trick or treating. Sooo trick?

Conference

Conference was eating and sickness afterwards. I guess they're going to need to give counsel in conference about over indulging during conference for me to get a handle on things. I knew as I repeatedly stuffed ambrosia salad and sweet potato fries in my mouth it would be no good, but I didn't stop. It's Tuesday and I pooped myself this morning- while washing vomit out of Ezra's blankets. The vomit in his sheets is pretty common place. The other- not so much. 

Like a boss

The little miss lissimy loo rolled over from her back to her tummy like a boss today! It's been a long time since I've blogged. Life is crazy and I am anxious and tense, but I have so many blessings I can't get down. I do get tired. Really really tired. 

And while she's doing all this cuteness...we bought a house! Nicasalaysen has become our final haven because we are never doing this again! 

They were really excited

Taylor and cagey started a new school...we'll see how it goes. Taylor has archery and cagey has a teacher from Texas so it's looking good so far. 

49 weeks

This baby looks way better out than in and she is my little nugget! I had to pack my #bumpsies mirror so this is the last one for a while. I know everybody is so sad.
