3 reasons why we should stop trying to sell our house

1. There are brand new houses down the road with more square footage and lower asking prices.

2. Our lockbox went through 2 batteries (both times were only discovered when we were having the only 2 showings in 2 years) and has now given up the ghost. We are on our 2ND lockbox!

3. We've known our realtor so long that she is noticeably aging.

I would just like to give a big thank you to the federal government for ruining the housing market. Can we get a round of applause for 'em?

NO, NO APPLAUSE FOR CRIME, INC.!!! When I think of what Obama has done to this nation in the course of less than two years!!! It's not surprising to see the article about the George Bush "Miss Me Yet?" t-shirts outselling the Obama t-shirts this summer!

Like I keep saying and saying, ad nauseum? or nauseam? Anyway, as I keep saying, LOTS of things came together at the perfect time to allow this to happen. Lots of good people have just had their heads down living their lives, WORKING and we let things go horribly wrong. By the way, all of you welfare/wic/medicaid/etc. recipients, YOU should give the American TAXPAYER a HUGE round of applause for paying for your sorry tails to live a lifestyle which you can't afford and which you have not earned!!! How does it feel to be a thief???? Try doing WITHOUT some things, like your cellphone, your SECOND car, your yearly vacation, your trips to the mall, etc. It CAN be done! Try working a second job! You know, there was never a time in my life when my dad only had one job. He was always moonlighting in order to support 6 children on an accountant's salary. When he passed away, the only bill my mother had to pay off was the mortgage. The cars were paid for, there were no outstanding loans at the bank, there were no credit card accounts, NOTHING. He never took a DIME he didn't earn by the sweat of his brow (or his pencil). I'm so thankful for good parents who taught us to hate and fear the evils of the "dole" and who taught us the evils of communism, socialism, and Marxism. We were taught the value of honest work. If they didn't have the money for something, they did without. There's a lesson there..................
