The dress in the top picture was from Dillard's---five bucks on sale!! It was such a blast to pick out Taylor's clothes each day. The red coat, etc. had a matching outfit underneath, matching shoes, hat, etc. All bought off of ebay. Oh, those were the days!! Time isn't going to slow down, gee. Enjoy your children each and every day, and eliminate the fusses over things of no eternal significance. Let them know that they complete your life, that you will do ANYTHING for them, that their happiness is paramount. Never let a day go past without expressing your love for them and be very careful how you speak to them. I never cease to be amazed at the way some people speak to their children---like they're dogs or something. I'll never understand that. My parents were the greatest. They always treated us with respect, even while correcting us or whupping the tar out of us. I know that doesn't make sense, but you would have just had to be there. My daddy was never out of control of himself. He HATED to whip us, but he wanted us to behave and we never had any doubt that he loved us and that we were number one in his life. By the way, gee, I love you and Jeebs and the children.
I know what you mean! My baby is graduating in a month and will be getting ready to go on his mission! But the grandkids are wonderful. My oldest turned 4 (going on 16) on Friday. I love grandkids!!!!
